DO WE NEED A TICKET TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

No! The main festival is and always will be free to attend. Tickets are only required for the Call to Chef VIP area.

What is the call to chef event?

Call to Chef is similar to a VIP area, where festival attendees can purchase a ticket to enter a gated area. 11 local restaurants will be preparing food to sample. Guests will sample the food and vote on their favorite. We will also have a cash bar, private bathrooms, separate music stage, seating area, and TVs playing football.

Where can we park?

Public parking is available across from the Destin Harbor in the Marler Parking Lot, next door to Harbor Tavern in the Heron Harbor Parking Lot, in the Harborwalk Village parking lot.

We are also offering a shuttle service from the Morgan Sports Complex to Heron Harbor each day of the festival.

Shuttle Schedule:
Friday October 7 — 5:45pm to 10:45pm
Saturday October 8 — 12:00pm to 10:45pm
Sunday October 9 — 12:00pm to 6:45pm

What is there to do at the festival?

SO much! Over 100 vendors will be set up to browse booths including artists, retail, jewelry, commercial products, food and more. Find them from the Heron Harbor parking lot all the way through Harborwalk Village. There are 7 live music stages throughout the festival, a Kids Zone with face painting, cotton candy, casting contest, mingo toss and more. The Destin Fishing Rodeo will also have the scales open behind AJs Oyster Bar to watch the charter boats weigh in. Harborwalk Village will also have fireworks at 9pm on Saturday.
It’s going to be a fun filled weekend on the Destin Harbor!

Are dogs allowed?

Leashed dogs are allowed the length of larger, full festival from Harborwalk Village to Harbor Tavern. They will not be permitted inside the Call to Chef ticketed VIP area.

What else should we know?

We have a dining tent with seating in the Brotulas south parking lot by the food vendors. Bathrooms will be available all throughout the Harbor.
