Food Vendor Application

Our Food Vendors are the cornerstone of the Destin Seafood Festival! A limited number of Food Vendor Spaces are available, and we are seeking diversity and quality.

IMPORTANT FOR 2024: Food vendors will not be allowed to sell bottled water or soda. Vendors who are only selling specialty items like lemonade and ice tea will still be allowed to operate.

Tents WILL NOT be provided. You can request a tent for an additional fee and we will provide one for you. The space you purchase is blank - No tables or chairs will be provided.

ELECTRICITY: Food vendors using 1-4 standard 110v outlets will have no additional fee. Vendors using a 30amp plug will incur a $100 fee and vendors using a 50amp plug will incur a $200 fee.

CLEANING FEE: A $150 refundable cleaning deposit will be collected after you are approved. It will be returned to you post event, after our staff has checked and cleared your space to make sure your area is clean.

This is an application process. Vendor fees will be charged when an application is received, and will be returned if the application is denied.

Please fill out the entirety of the application so we have all necessary information to approve you.

Cancellations made after September 1, 2024 will not be refunded. No refunds will be made in the event of inclement weather, natural disaster, or circumstances deemed worthy by the festival committee.
